This Privacy Policy explains how Pour For Charity (PFC), a program operated by InVader Marketing LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (EIN: 39-3591396), located at P.O. Box 8115, Prairie Village, KS 66208 ("PFC," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit www.pourforcharity.com or purchase or redeem a Brew Pass or Coffee Pass. By using the PFC platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the pass program:

• Information you provide at checkout: your first and last name and email address.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. PFC does not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or billing card details.
• Charitable selection: the nonprofit you choose to receive a contribution from your pass.
• Pass and redemption data: your unique pass code, which establishment you redeem it at, and the date and time of each redemption.
• Marketing preference: whether you opted in to receive offers from PFC partner establishments, and whether a purchase was designated as a gift.
• Automatically collected data: basic usage and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) collected through cookies and analytics tools when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver your pass code and process redemptions;
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, redemption receipts, and pass-related notices);
• Make the charitable contribution you selected on your behalf;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Send marketing communications only if you opted in;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our platform and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. PFC does not store your credit card or payment information.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Partner establishments: if you opted in to marketing during checkout, your contact information may be shared with the specific partner establishment where you redeemed your pass.
• Nonprofit partners: we report aggregate contribution totals to the nonprofits you support. We do not share your individual contact details with nonprofits unless you separately consent.
• Service providers: we use trusted vendors to run the platform — including Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Google Maps and Google Analytics (location and website analytics), and our hosting provider — who may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PFC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if PFC or InVader Marketing LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Marketing Communications

Marketing emails are sent only if you check the optional opt-in box at checkout. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing info@pourforcharity.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional emails required to deliver and service your pass.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Passwords are stored in hashed form and payment data is handled by Stripe. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used, by emailing info@pourforcharity.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will respond to verified requests as required by law.

11. Children's Privacy

The PFC platform is not directed to children. The Brew Pass involves alcoholic beverages and requires purchasers to be at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site and emails may link to third-party websites (such as partner establishments and nonprofits). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
